pet up to date on all vaccines.
Each time you visit with your veterinarian, ask them to fax
over all updated vaccination
certificates so we always have
the most current information.

Required Vaccinations:
Dogs and Cats: Rabies and Distemper Dogs: Bordetella, every 6 months Cats: Outdoor Cats, FeLV test or vaccine
We also ask that all
animals are on
flea and tick prevention.
